These terms and conditions govern your use of the Classic & Timeless Autos website and any enquiry, valuation, or service booking you submit. By accessing our site or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All vehicles advertised on this site are offered subject to availability and prior sale. While every effort is made to ensure specifications, mileage and descriptions are accurate, we cannot guarantee that all details are free from error. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any listing at any time.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice. A binding agreement for the purchase of a vehicle is only formed once a deposit has been accepted in writing by Classic & Timeless Autos.
Valuations provided through our Sell Your Car form are indicative estimates based on the information you supply. A final valuation is only confirmed following a physical inspection of the vehicle. We are not obliged to make an offer on any vehicle submitted for valuation.
A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment, including any applicable fees, must be cleared before collection or delivery of any vehicle.
Where delivery is arranged, it is subject to separate agreement and additional cost. Vehicles remain the property of Classic & Timeless Autos until full payment has been received in cleared funds. Risk passes to the purchaser upon collection or delivery.
Unless expressly stated in writing, vehicles are sold as seen. Any warranty or guarantee provided will be set out in the purchase agreement. We exclude liability to the extent permitted by law for any description or representation not contained in the written agreement.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may suspend or restrict access at our discretion. Content, imagery and listings are owned by Classic & Timeless Autos and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on any listing. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
